Create server

A free Minecraft server for you and your friends

LAN worlds stop when the host goes offline. With your own server everyone can play whenever they want. FreeMC.Host gives you one free server – set up in about a minute, no technical knowledge needed.

Create your free server

How to set it up

  1. Log in with Discord at dash.freemc.host – that’s your account.
  2. Click Create server, pick a type (Vanilla, Paper, mods or Bedrock) and a version.
  3. Copy the address from the dashboard and send it to your friends.
  4. Want it private? Turn on the whitelist in the panel’s Players tab and add your friends.

Keep your world safe

Up to 3 backups per server, downloadable any time. Bring your own world by uploading it with the file manager or SFTP.

Friends can help

Add friends as subusers with their own permissions – for example console and files, but no deleting.

Phones and consoles too

Bedrock friends can join a Java server through one-click crossplay, or you create a Bedrock server directly.
