Free Fabric server hosting
Fabric is light, fast and has a huge library of performance and quality-of-life mods. FreeMC.Host sets up a Fabric server for your Minecraft version in about a minute – free, with mods installable from the panel.
Create your free serverHow to set it up
- Log in with Discord at dash.freemc.host.
- Click Create server, choose Mods → Fabric and your Minecraft version.
- In the control panel open Plugins & Mods and install mods – Fabric API and other required mods are added for you.
- Restart, copy the address and play.
Fast on small servers
Fabric plus performance mods such as Lithium, FerriteCore and ModernFix runs very well on 3 GB RAM – typically 40–80 small mods at once.
Bedrock friends can join
On Fabric you can turn on Bedrock crossplay with one click (Geyser + Floodgate). Phone, tablet, console and Windows players then join with the same address and port.
Proximity voice chat
Simple Voice Chat can be installed from the Startup tab in one click – no port setup needed.

Questions
Do players need Fabric too?
Only for mods that add content (new blocks, items, mobs). Server-side mods such as performance or admin mods work with a normal client.
Can I switch from Fabric to Forge later?
Yes, you can delete the server and create a Forge one, or change the version in the panel. Forge mods don’t run on Fabric and the other way round.
What does it cost?
Nothing. One free server per account, no credit card.
