Create server

Free Minecraft Bedrock server hosting

Play Minecraft Bedrock Edition with friends on your own server – on phone, tablet, Windows or console. FreeMC.Host runs Mojang’s official Bedrock Dedicated Server and keeps it on the newest version.

Create your free server

How to set it up

  1. Log in with Discord at dash.freemc.host.
  2. Click Create server and choose Bedrock.
  3. Start it and copy the address and port from the dashboard.
  4. In Minecraft: Play → Servers → Add Server, enter nl.freemc.host as address and your port as port.

Always up to date

Bedrock clients update automatically, so the server has to as well. When a player sees “Outdated server”, press Update to newest version in the panel settings – world and settings stay.

Players and worlds

Up to 10 players at the same time. Behavior and resource packs can be uploaded to behavior_packs and resource_packs.

Java and Bedrock together

Want Java and Bedrock players on one server? Create a Paper server and enable Bedrock crossplay with one click.

Questions

Can Xbox, PlayStation and Switch players join?

Consoles can’t add custom servers directly; they need a workaround such as BedrockConnect. Phones, tablets and Windows can join directly.

Are plugins supported on Bedrock?

The official Bedrock server has no plugins. Behavior packs work. For plugins use Paper with Bedrock crossplay.

Is it really free?

Yes – one free server per account, no credit card, no trial that runs out.

Ready? Your server is online in about a minute.
